I have suspended/reactivated my phone since Wednesday afternoon, but I a paid today my bill.How to activated my phone again.

How did you suspend it? Online? Using the lost/stolen function? If yes you can unsuspend your phone as well.

Was your line suspended for non-payment?  if so then you will need to contact Koodo to reconnect your account.  Note that there will be a re-connection fee if this was for non-payment
