I have suspended/reactivated my phone but it says 'No service' (iPhone)

Try to switch it off for a few minutes, does your service come back after a reboot? You may need to remove the SIM card as well and put it back of course.
I've done both of those already and neither worked.

Hi there, When you suspended your phone, did you do it from your Self-Serve by flagging it as stolen? If you did, you'll need to give us a call at 1-866-995-6636 so we can remove it from Canada's lost/stolen phone blacklist. ________________________ If you see a good answer, give it a star.
No, we called in and reported it as lost. We then later found it and called in and said that. One of the Koodo employees unsuspended my phone and said that it should be working but it's not.

My guess is they unsuspended your monthly service but didn't remove the lost/stolen restriction. As far as I know, that can take a couple days before it gets cleared again. I'm only speculating though, so calling in is your best bet.
My phone was stolen by a cunning thief of a friend we gave a ride to. He searched all his bags to check if he accidentally stole it since he like using my phone so much. She stole the phone back after seeing he had it. I disabled all phone services and then restored the services 5 times but no luck. It was an LG-G3 phone. I got koodo to call me back but they did not call me back.  So my next step is to see a person in a store for help.  Now my fiance thinks maybe I am seeing another woman.  booo! Crappy service.

Adam, you have some problems there bro. I'll stick with the phone since I'm crappy at relationship advice. I'm not following what's happening here. Does the phone not work anymore? Had you reported the phone to koodo as stolen? If so you will indeed need to call in to get your device off the list / stolen database.

I am having the same problem, for 2 days now...spoke with agent the reinstated my account but still no service...NOT HAPPY!

Same problem with my iPhone 6S Customer service sucks Insi can't use my phone for more than 5 days!

Hello Dear, My Koodo service suspended since the day I bought your kodoo sim with iPhone 7 plus. I'm stucked here as I arrived in Toronto in 8th January & I am an international student. Why my service suspended I don't know. Could you please restore my service. I did call your customer care 5 times & sent email along with my 2 peace of ID 2/3 times. But they didn't help me & said to wait. I'm desperate here. My Koodo number : 6474546304
