I have no service

Why can't I send or receive texts and calls. Is koodo down?

Seems like it! You're not the only one 🙂 Look at this page alone, there are dozens of people who posted the same... I would imagine there is an outage somewhere. Stay tuned for more information...

Hey Micah, The issue is now fixed. You should remove/reinsert the SIM card as well as the battery (if applicable) : it refreshes the phone system. If no change, give a call to our techs by dialing 1-866-995-6636 (option #6) from a land line.
