I have a pre paid cell and my email on the paper is not my email how can I change it?


My account ain't working when I try to sign in? When I was gettinf my phone set up I told the guy to put my email on their and when I tried signing in I notice thats not my email?

Quickest way is to call *611 to get it sorted out, especially if the salesperson was responsible for the glitch. There should be no charge for that call. Only Koodo can deal with account-not-working issues. We have no access to any personal information here.
