I have a payment arrangement and Im wondering if I can upgrade before the bill is paid.


I have a payment arrangement for July 24th and August 7th and I was wondering if I was able to upgrade my phone before its paid off?

Best to contact customer service directly. Apart from the few people clearly identified as representative or employees, we're all customers here, with no more access to anyone else's accounts than you do.

Hi there... If your account has a past due, you will not be able to upgrade your phone in the store... The payment needs to post in the Koodo account before you proceed with the upgrade.
