I do not understand what the difference is between "messaging".

I was reviewing my phone bill and I have unlimited messaging, however, I have three different "messaging" tabs under my usage. One of the tabs is stating I owe money and they are picture messaging. Can someone explain the difference of why I am getting charged?

Have you reviewed your PDF bill downloadable from the Self-serve portal?  It will detail your actual charges, and you may find your picture messaging gets fully rebated.

To my recollection, the three messaging indicators may include international messaging, in addition to SMS and Picture messaging.  Picture messaging uses the data side of your phone, so would be reported separately.  The use of iMessages on your phone also uses the data side of the phone -either cellular data or Wi-Fi.

Do you have a data plan with Koodo, or just voice & text?

Also, if you can post a screenshot of what you are seeing, we can describe it more clearly.

Then I suggest waiting to retire your PDF bill, and if it still does not make sense, come back and we can try to help explain your bill!

Okay, I checked out my PDF bill. I thought that by having unlimited messaging, picture and video messaging was included?

It should be - is there a charge for those items which is not credited elsewhere on your bill?

Remember, the members of the community are customers, just as you are, and we have no access to review your bill.

I recommend a Private message from Koodo's Facebook Page as the least time consuming for you.
