I could not log in to Self Service account?


I used 2 computer and a phone to login, 4 to 5 mint after I enter the password it is giving me an error! "Too many redirects"? My friend's koodo account is working on my computer, that is mean, my computer is okay!

Hi there - it looks like you've attempted to associate multiple email addresses with your account and that may be causing an issue. Are you attempting to log-in with the address ending in "..._n@hotmail.com"? That should be the correct one associated with your account. However, there is another one ending in _mn@hotmail.com  and a different name with a hotmail address that are also pending validation.

If you continue to experience problems with this, send us a private message on Facebook where we can validate your account details and try to resolve this with you.

If you've tried that address and it's still not working, you'll need to send us a message on Facebook as mentioned above. From there we'll validate your account info. and should be able to reset your log-in credentials. 
I validated my information through the koodo validation site and I send you my email and alternate phn# with that!
