I could not access to plans and add ons

Hi Jagdeep,

What exactly happens when you try to access the plans and add-ons? What browser are you using? Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies?

Hi Jagdeep - please try logging into self-serve from a web browser, as Robert suggested, to see if you get the same error.If you're still unable to make the change, please shoot us a private message on Twitter or Facebook and an agent will verify you as the account owner and assist.

I see two profiles with different email addresses for your account - not sure if this would be causing the error, but it may.
