I clicked on the link provided in my email and it says I can't register. Waiting on hold now.


The link that was sent says I can't register and that my email might already be registered, so, I clicked on log in, and forgot password, it says that my information is not what they have on file.

Yes thank you. It took a long time to get an associate on the phone but it was resolved pretty quickly after that. Thanks!! They had to delete my profile and start over with a new link.
