I Cant switch my plan


I Have a Iphone 4s with the $29 a month that includes 100 minutes. I've had it for just over a year now, but I want to switch to the $30 dollar that includes 200 minutes and 100mb of data. But when I try it says I either haven't payed my bill yet (i have), on a spending limit program (which I'm not), or haven't been with koodo longer then 3 months. But i've been with them for a year. So if anyone can help me, that would be great 😃 thanks

Have you paid off your tab for the phone you have in full? If not then you need to before you can switch to one of the new plans.
I want to do exactly the same thing. Will it help to speak with a agent?

Yes I've paid my tab off, I don't want a new phone either, just a different plan.

Sounds like you did everything right.  If you are sure your bill is fully paid, your next option is to call koodo (*611 on your koodo cell).  Tel them you are trying to change your plan, your tab is paid off but self serve is giving you some weird message

No your only charged for things to can do yourself through self serve so you shouldn't be charged.
