I cancelled account, but I still have fee need to pay.

I cancelled my account months ago, but I forgot to pay the fee of that month, I want to pay it now, but I don’t know how, because I dont have an account. I phoned the number, and I entered my old number two times, it ask me to use credit card. I paid some money but It send to telus, and I also don’t know how much left I need to pay for it.

You can access to your self serve for 90 days after you cancelled your account.

Log into it, you will see how much left to pay there.

What phone number did you call? and how did you know you had to call that number? How do you know it was Telus and not Koodo?

 

Koodo is a company of Telus, so they might share some collection service.
