i can't select a new number


I'm trying to active my phone at activateprepaid.koodomobile.com. However, on step 2 I can't  "[b]Select your local calling area:" there isn't any option to select so I can't continue the procedure.(I've tried it at Safari and Chroem). What should I do?

Wow... This is so strange... Do you use Facebook? Best way to sort this is to send koodo a private message saying you tried to activate a number but you're getting an error. Make sure you refer to this thread so they will be able to help you quicker 🙂

Normally, I know that for monthly customer, customer should go to A Koodo Outlet (Kiosk) to get the new number, before choosing by himself on the Web. Maybe It's different between Prepaid and monthly customer?

From what I'm reading, monthly customers go through the same process for changing a phone number as prepaid customers.

First, try all the solutions above, Emelie, such as another browser, clear cookies and site refresh. If you really can't activate even then, send Koodo a private message on facebook. But please only as a last resort 🙂

I solved by phone after trying all the solutions.

You can actually send a private message via Facebook or DM via Twitter to Koodo to get it sorted out if the suggestions here aren't working for you.
