I can not change my base plan through Self serve


Hello. I am a prepaid Koodo customer. I would like to change my plan to one it is described in koodo website. When I try to change it through Self Serve I can't find the base plan I am interested in. The information in self serve is different from the one I saw in koodo website. Can you help to change my plan?. How can I change my plan to the one that costs 30 CAD (included 100 MB data, callings, ...)?

That is a postpaid plan which is why you don't see it as an option. You'll need to call or go to a Koodo store to switch and a credit check will be done.

Calling in won't make a postpaid plan available to prepaid customers.
