I can not active my prepaid


Hi! can someone help me please? I bought a prepaid in the mall. but, I can´t active by internet because the webside doesn´t work. the problem is the self serve account.https://prepaidselfserve.koodomobile.com/

Koodo to currently having a system upgrade so the site is down. You can always try to call Koodo customer care on another phone at 1-866-995-6636 to see if they activate it for you if their system is done upgrading.
