i bought a new plan from koodo and in the second day i have no service what is the problem

Try rebooting your phone, ALso try holding home and power button at the same time for 30Seconds.
I did every thing even I change the device but the sim card not working .

Than either go back to the store or call customer service to get a new SIM.
