I bought a new phone and don't like it can I switch?


I just bought a new phone from Koodo two days ago, I don't like the iPhone 5s and wanted to switch back to my 5c, I had to pay out my tab and buy the new phone. Is it possible to get my money back and just continue my 5c plan?

This depends on where you paid off your tab. If you did it online then it's nonrefundable. If you did it at a kiosk then it is

Sure depending on her tab and plan she should be able to return the phone and just continue with the 5c

If you return the phone, you get your upfront payment back plus your tab back to 0

And you can switch to no tab discount(10% off on your plan) once your tab reach to zero(you paid it off) or accumulate positive tab.

Within 30 days of purchase and under 30 minutes of talk time you can return it. Its called buyers remorse

Did you change your monthly plan too? If yo uchanged to a newer plan your older plan may not be available if it is not currently offered
