I bought a iPhone 5se and I did everything to switch over to it. My phone is saying no service

Hi Tammy; Where did you purchase the iPhone from? Was it Koodo directly, or third party?

And, did you simply move your SIM card from the old phone to the new, or are you using a different SIM card?

If you put in a new sim card that might of came with the phone, you will need to call Koodo to have them move the service to the new card.
