You will have to speak with a Koodo rep. You can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter. You can also call 611 if it's time sensitive. Keep in mind that if you are on a grandfathered plan that you will lose it and have to pick a new plan once you are done with seasonal hold.
