How to deactivate my old koodo #, because now I have a new one.

I lost a phone and had the phone number suspended. Then, today I got a new phone with a new phone number. I never had a chance to set up my Self Serve account with Koodo, and I need to know how to deactivate my old phone number and get a final bill from that plan.

You need to call in to cancel your line. You will then receive your final bill automatically and be given your final amount to pay.
It looked like I was going to have to pay if I called in?

Not to cancel your line or lift a suspension as there is no other way to do it.
