You need to call customer service to have it reactivated. 611 will still work from your phone. There is a 35 dollar reconnection fee so I'm not sure if you also paid that. I'd just call 611 to get I sorted out.

if your phone is deactivated, it doesn't automatically  reactivate when you pay your bill. you have to call koodo and ask them to reactivate your phone

Also, if anyone is warned that their service will be deactivated unless they make payment, they need to call in even if they make a payment before their service is cut off as that payment may not register in time.
