How long does the activation for a Prepaid phone take online?

Hi,

I'm trying to switch my iphone (5s) from the koodo plan to the prepaid sim card. I've been waiting almost an hour for the activation to be processed, and I was just wondering how long it takes for it to finish processing?

Thanks!

So what is the holdup exactly? Did you activate a prepaid SIM and port your number across? Or at which point are you stuck in the process?
I'm stuck at the payment section for the activation. It says activation processing with a blue circle. The step before summary

All this time?? No........ that is certainly not normal... that step should be near instant, less than a minute for sure. I suggest you try again from scratch, with another browser perhaps.

Hi Sydnee! Has your prepaid account been activated? If not, please contact us on Facebook or Twitter through a private message? Thank you 🙂

Me too. I restarted 3 times last night and it's doing it again this morning.

Nothing but bad experiences for me as well. Trying to activate two phones... same problem, so frustrating. Not only that... I went to self-serve and changed sim cards (to transfer over my plan to a new phone) and what happened is that it made my old phone no longer active, but did absolutely nothing to my new phone. Stuck without a phone for now.
