How long do I have to wait on hold...I called right at 9:00 and have been on hold for 44 minutes already.

If you want to add an International Data add-on:

Log into self serve > Scroll down and Add/Remove?Change add-ons > Choose my monthly add-on > Add "International Data/Voice Roaming"

AND Text ALL40 to 7626 to activate it 
("International Data, Minutes & Text add on" : $40/30days - 50min,50MB, 50 texts)

ahlamabdulhussien for now you can just call your own phone number from your phone to access your Voicemail.
Honestly Koodo gouges us an then treats us like this, it's totally absurd.
