How do I unsuspend my phone?


I suspended my son's phone because it was misplaced earlier today. He found it but when I go into self serve and try to unsuspend it, I'm not able to . HELP!

To unsuspend a phone, you will need to contact Koodo.

If she means she just suspended the service, it can be reactivated in a few seconds by calling 186699KOODO and just going through the automated system. If she means she blacklisted the phone, I don't know about that one.

Most of this can be done through private messaging. Calling in, the wait times can be excessive. You're better off to follow the suggestions by Mr. Lam. Clicking the lost or stolen link to suspended your service does add your phone to the blacklist so unsuspending it would remove it.

Yes, messaging and waiting for someone to answer is better and faster than doing it through the automated phone system and not waiting to talk to anyone.

Not JP, i dont believe there is a way to unsuspend your phone through the automated system. You would have to wait on hold and talk to a CSR so they can confirm your identity.

I wanted to blacklist my phone and see if it could be unblacklisted through the automated system but the website is broken on mobile. Whatever the button is supposed to be at the bottom doesn't show up. TELUS also broke their website like this...

I just checked the page and it showed up fine.
Is it possible that you adjust text size to fit it on the page?

And I also believe that you have to call in to blacklist your phone.

I thought if you report as stolen it will automatically blacklist the device

I meant "you have to call in to Unblacklist your phone."  Sorry.
