How do I put my account on seasonal hold?


I would like to put my account on seasonal hold. I have called many, many time and not got through to a operator. How can I make this happen?

You can try contacting Koodo through their Facebook page and send them a Private Message there.
The short answer is you can't put your account or plan on hold/vacation, only your phone number.  You still pay your tab plus the hold charge of $15 per month to keep your phone number. When you take it off seasonal hold you must choose a new plan if your old plan no is longer available.
