How come we both can't get the special offer?

I am a subscriber on my husband's plan and received an offer to upgrade my phone to iPhone se and have my tab balance waived. We'd both like to take this offer but he doesn't seem to have it even though he is the authorized account holder. Why is this? Also, I can't seem to add the rose gold colour even though it's an option. I've tried to put the rose gold in my cart repeatedly but it always reverts back to gray. How can this be rectified?

1) Sometimes offers for various bonuses are based on your usage patterns. Sometimes they may be just a random choice, and you were the lucky draw winner.

2) A few other folks have has a problem with rose gold. Either make a note in the comments section of the order form, or follow up with a call or email to the web store asking for the correction to be made to your order.
