Hi I paid my phone and the service it still not working


I don't know what's wrong I have full bars but I can't call text or use data

If it was cancelled due to late payment or non-paynmnt for a period, you also need to pay a reconnection fee, and contact Koodo to have it reconnected.

If you've done that already try turning the phone off and powering it back on.
