Help Setting Up Account

I am trying to set up an account to be able to see my monthly payment online because I usually get a text message but I have not received one yet. But when i type in my phone number and zip code and account number to register is says nothing matches up but it is all right. HELP!!!! I need to pay my bill!

How did you register for self serve? You need Email address,phone number and account number. http://help.koodomobile.com/self-serve/registering/how-do-i-register-for-self-serve If you need to know your balance *611 from your Koodo phone > option 1 (account/balance) > enter your PIN
