HELP PAY BILL_ HOW WHEN ON HOLIDAY AND CANT SIGN IN


I am on holiday and my bill is to be paid off by tomorrow and I can't sign in to pay it off? it says my email is incorrect ( but its not ) and then when I go to reset it It doesn't work plus I don't have my account number as I am on holiday..... what do I do?

You better call Koodo before you go away: *611 and ask them to sort your account, Shaphan 🙂 Oops I thought you were going away on holiday - you already are, sorry. You can call Koodo at 647-788-4337, especially if you are on a spending limit plan as they will require to be paid in time.
