Help for iPhone 8 Phone purchase confirmation!


Yesterday I pre-ordered the iPhone 8 64gb in Gold. I was wondering if it went through because I recieved no confirmation e-mail, yet my bank account was charged and my self serve account was updated? Could someone please let me know what's going on.

Hello Stephanie, There might be a slight delay before you get that e-mail. Have you checked your junk folder? If it's not there, drop your order number here and some employee will be able to sort it out.

Hi Stephanie - confirming that the order was received yesterday afternoon, and is waiting in queue to be processed, once the phone becomes available. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking info. once it's being processed for shipping (same Yahoo email as you're using here).

Wekl it could be delayed or in your junk folder or you slipped through the cracks and won't get it. You can either leave your order number here for a rep to look into when available or send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter. I'd say that it did go through if you got charged for it but I'm guessing you want an official confirmation
