Having nothing but problems trying to pre order the iphone 7.


Is the Koodo site down or something? I've tried a few times to pre order the iphone 7, keeps saying something is wrong with my card. I have made sure the address is correct with koodo and my card as we did just move. I called about my credit card when it wouldn't go through. They told me nothing is wrong with my card, it is all on koodos end. Apparently they are only putting through a test authorization and not putting an amount through. I waited over an hour to speak to someone at koodo earlier. I would rather not have to again. Just hoping someone else has maybe had the same problem and figured it out. Any suggestions?

The site was updating. I went to try again and it's asking for my drivers license number now, and asking for a new pin, it did not ask for any of this before...

Maybe it's because you're setting it as a "new account"? That would maybe explain why it's asking you those informations...

I was not setting it as a new account. I was going through my cart, in my account (checked multiple times). I had my order all set up when I was originally having problems with my card going through. It started re routing me for some reason. I finally got a hold of someone who helped.
