Got charged for call forward when I didn't even ask for it


I noticed last few months my bill looked slightly higher but I wasn't really sure why. I finally did some digging and noticed that Koodo added on call forward for an extra $3.00 a month without my consent!!! I removed the call forward option online just now, but should I call Koodoo and tell them to reimburse me for all the months they overcharged me?? Thank you.

Hello Jessie,

Yeah, if you call or contact them through FB @www.m.me/Koodo and explain your situation they will most likely reimburse you the charges.

It's by no means a live chat. Typically they get back to you in a couple hours but with the Black Friday weekend sales things have been backed up a bit.

No, there's some waiting time as they work in concert with the call center (it's not a live service). The advantage is that you don't need to wait on the phone.

Just give them all the info necessary (phone number, name, etc)
