@ MaryAnn One of the lines on your account (ending 94) reached it's data limit and was blocked. An SMS was sent to that line informing about the block and the option to unblock it with the purchase of a data top-up. This is a one time top up, good till the end of the bill cycle.

From the wording it's monthly but check selfserve under 'add ons' and you should see it there with a better description.
