Getting a new phone


I am a new Koodo user, and just signed up for the $60 / 10GB plan. I now want to get a new phone. When I go online, even after choosing the selection to just get a new phone, I still get asked to "Add a Plan." I don't need a new plan. What should I do?

hi Edward,

The $60/10GB is a "Bring your own device" plan as of now.  You were assumed to bring your own phone with it. You won't be able to get a new device with that plan.
