Those of you with iPhone 5s will notice that many apps have still not been updated to use all of the available screen space and run in a "letterboxed" format (Koodo's Self Serve app being one of them). If your phone is jailbroken, you can download Screen Extender from Cydia (it's free) and then select which apps need to be extended (One Note, SkyDrive, and Self Serve for me). Respring your device and you're good to go.

Thanks for the tip though since Jailbreaking voids the warranty, not sure this is appropriate for Koodo's forums.

Unjailbreaking is as simple as updating your iPhone. At that point no one will ever know it was ever jailbroken. I have had warranty work done at the Apple store for a jailbroken iPhone that I unjailboke

Jailbreaking is against apples terms and condition and it can damage your phone. ^^ This. The only thing jailbreaking damages is Apple's reputation once people realize how limited their device is when perfectly "pure" and "untouched"... (cue bird sounds and lavender scent with female angels playing harp alongside Steve Jobs).
