Everything error


When I ever use the iPhone app and I enter usage or whatever error message shows up. Please fix it.

Can you be a little more clear

This may sound dumb but make sure you're connected to the internet when you're going onto the app. Also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

The iPhone Koodo app has some kind of glitch the developers cannot find that seems to occur when you have "keep me signed in" checked. In order to check your usage, once you get the error message sign out and back in and everything should work fine.
