Emailed promotion $100 off any smartphone in webstore or $50 off any smartphone in store


On my self serve account, I can’t see the promotion that I got on the email, for $100 off any smartphone, I called customer care, they said they can’t see that as well, so they wanted me to send an email to webstore. I sent a email as forwarded of the promotion to the Webstore, but I can’t be patient until they reply back. Is there any Koodo Employee to put the promotion on my self serve account?

You properly need to call Koodo to ask them to check your account and the email offer. They need to access your account anyway, so either calling or sending message through facebook will work.

I had emailed to one of the agent that let’s customer to know her work personal email, her name is Elise from support team. I received the offer! Thanks
