Can't send or receive emails on cellular.

Can you switch the sim cards in your two phones to the other to see if the problem follows?

Reset the network settings on the phone.
iPhone 6, same as my wife has. Same plan, same settings. New to Koodo. I have no internet connection while on cellular, she does.

Can you swap sim cards between your phones to see if the problem follows?

Did you change anything, such as getting a new phone or whatnot and then it stopped working? Or did nothing change at all and it just stopped working?
We had to swap sim cards as Koodo screwed up our phone numbers. Since moving to Koodo this problem exists.
