Double paid

I was using my previous payment plan, so I went to the site and paid payment manually. And I checked that the plan was expired. So I changed to another plan and it was paid again. In the end, double payments were made. I want to get the money back to my previous plan. What should I do?

Assuming you’re a prepaid customer, it sounds like you paid off the expired base plan. It’s best to make base plan changes a day or two before the base plan expires. Try calling *611 to see if they can reverse the charges. I can’t offer any guarantees, but worth a try.
