double booster purchase missing

Hi, I purchased 2 double boosters. $30 for talk which has 1,200 minute calls. and 1 $30 for 2GB booster. After purchasing my Data booster, i can't see my 1,200 call minutes at my profile account. Can someone tell me it's there or who do I call to retrieve it cause it wont show at my dashboard. Thank you.

Another user has had the same issue. Suggested response was to wait 24 hours and it should show up. If not contact them. Prepaid has been having some issues lately.

The claimed waiting time is often wrong. I was speaking to a rep within 2 minutes on Saturday afternoon. Service person was not at all surprised; there is clearly something SNAFU with the on-line ordering system. Took 20 minutes on the phone to straighten out $80 of disappeared items, but no arguments or pushback on Koodo's part.
