So I have never dealt with a company as horrible as Koodo! Got misinformed so much to the point it has cost me hundreds of dollar, extra charged have been applied with no luck or effort in fixing it and now being charged $180 that I was told was going to be waved which it wasn't and they are now trying to tell me if I don't it will go into collections. If I had gotten the correct information instead of an inaccurate answer and promise all would have been fine. They have no care for customer who have been loyal to them for years. So disappointed and would not suggest being with the company.
