Do i have to pay for the connection fee?

sep 13 i was sign up koodo mobile.
But i cancel a contract on sep 19.

just now i check my bill ,
i saw the connection fee (sep 22 to Oct 21)


do i need to pay for the conncetion fee?

Hi Woo - I see that you requested cancellation on the 19th for Sept. 21st; this is the same day that your bill gets generated. So while the fee shows up on this bill, it should be created back on your next invoice. If it doesn't, come back here and let us know and we'll look into this.

To my knowledge, as long as the phone was returned and you cancelled within the 15 day free trial period, the $30 connection fee should be refunded.
