Is there any kind of discount on a new phone for a ten year Koodo customer?  I’d like to upgrade but there does t seem to be any breaks in price for existing customers.

Typically promos are the same for eveyone, but for existing customer, they are sometimes special deals.  just login to your self serve and go shop.  If you see a purple (I think it is still purple) star, that is your special promo unique to you.
