Didn't receive confirmation email.


Bought a new phone online, and have been billed to my visa. I haven't received any emails regarding my purchase.

Please check your spam folder, and if it is not there, send an email to webstore@koodomobile.com and ask them about the confirmation.

My sisters phone took 24 hours for her email confirmation to show up. Though im sure it should be fairly instant. Best of luck Mathieu's advice will absolutely get the job done for ya! best of luck
