i have a two koodo account i want to deactivate my one account .i call to customer care many times but they donot response to me

Just kidding, I am actually known as the conspiracy guy in the group so I understand your concerns but nobody is going to tell you if they are part of something anyways so we just have to be aware and pick our battles when they arrive. Our goal right now is to get Trudeau out as our leader and get someone in that isn't a total embarrassment to our country

Hi Jasspreet Kaur, you just have to wait on the line, wait times can be very long some times unfortunately. Dial *611 from your mobile phone. You can try sending Koodo a private message to their FB page or Twitter account and maybe they can help you that way but calling in is the only way to cancel as far as I'm aware.

Just to confirm what Paul said, calling in is the only way. It cannot be done via FB or Twitter so don't waste your time waiting for an online answer via FB/Twitter.
