Data usage not showing up on app or website

I've been with Koodo for two weeks now and my first 30 day cycle began a few days ago, the issue I have is that I've used data but the app just says 0/my total data. Does anyone know why this is or how I can find out my data usage without the self serve app?

yezzir. you can find the usage on the settings of the phone. you just have to go at settings>data usage and it should show you the amount of data that has been used

Sometimes it lags a little behind, ryan, see if it shows any usage tomorrow. It's always best not to rely on that counter too much to avoid nasty bill surprises. Koodo's recent plans all offer shock free data though so at least on those plans people won't have to worry about going over 🙂
