Data usage not accurate?

I switched from bell and the first thing i noticed is that data usage tracker does not match the info on my phone. It always shows about 10% more. I thought maybe it was the 1000mb=1gb vs 1024mb=1gb thing but it is worse than that. I cant be the only one. Pls help?

I have the same problem.  Since last summer.  I have an iphone 6s and the self serve usage is always higher than my phone's counter.  And i always reset my phone's data counter an hour before the new billing cycle.
The counter on the website is higher...and yes i reset my phone on my bill cut off day

You would need to reset it on the first day of your new billing cycle for it to be more accurate, since the last day of the billing cycle will include usage from the day before.  Let us know!
