Data usage is showing incorrect


When I log into the self serve app it says I've only used 19 MB so far. A data tracking app I have says 170 MB. I know from how I've been using my phone that there's no way I'm only at 19 MB. All other usage stats in the self serve Koodo app is correct. How do I fix this?

Hi there, When it comes to the self serve app there is a delay when updating the data portion of it. I'd recommend keeping an eye on the usage you have on the data tracking app and it should eventually catch back up on the self serve app. It does it to all of us unfortunately. Hope that helps
