Data usage display... error?

My data usage doesnt seem to display correctly on my account the koodo mobile app, they say I have used only 63 MB but under the detailed usage I have actually used 135 MB which corresponds to what my phones data usage app says I have used... Is there a way to get the summary on both the account and the mobile app to show the proper amount used?

You're not alone in this, seems to be a glitch in the system that's showing last month's usage in the graph. If there's ever a discrepency go by what the detailed usage says as it will match your daily data usage.

I don't have this issue. The numbers always seem to line up to be the same.
My usage will not display at all in any browser. Tried IE, Chrome, Edge, Firefox. And the bills no longer show detail? So anyone else having this issue?
