Data Trouble - HELP


I just switched my plan over so that i can get data. Im not sure if it is working though. Isnt there supposed to be a sign at the top of my phone?

If it is a Android it will say 3G or 4G (depending on what type) with two arrow's pointing up and down on either. Iphone I am not sure about the signal Icon. But if it is A Android then the option to receive data Might be shut off. To turn it back on you go to Settings there should be a Data usage Tab tap that. Once you are in that tab. It should say Mobile data at the top if it there isn't a check in the box beside the words reading "Mobile data" then your phone has been set to not receive Data just tap that and it will get a check mark. Then the Icon will pop up at the top of your phone with the Icon of it saying 3G or 4G with two arrow's beside it one up and one down and that will mean your data is on. If that still does not work Call Koodo and get them to see if there is a data block which Means Koodo isn't sending you Data. That should fix your Problem!

The symbol can also be an H.
