Data Showing For Same Day on Regular Data Plan and Bonus Data Plan


Recently added the 2GB bonus onto the regular shock free data plan. Appears the same amounts of data for the same days is being assigned to each of the two plans. That doesn't appear to be a 2GB bonus. Someone able to clarify?

When you click view details on the 2GB does the data usage times match up with those of the 6GB? I'm thinking it was just a sort of glitch that decided to show usage on the 2GB side one day and then it switched back.
Exact dates and times for both for more than one day

If 2 data buckets were taken out at the same time, you would have to contact Koodo (calling or messages through their facebook) to get it fixed.

Hi there!

I would say, no need to call Koodo for this one... Since you recently added the 2GB, it will show in your Self Serve exactly as your screenshot... in 2 separate circles!... When cycle ends, you should see a consolidated usage... Buttom line, you have 8 GB from what I see.
